Shipping Rates
- Enjoy free shipping on all prepaid orders across India! For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small additional fee is applied to cover “cash handling” by our carrier partners.
Order Processing
- We work diligently to process your orders swiftly. Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days to ensure a quick delivery experience.
Delivery Time
- Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days, depending on your location:
- Metro Cities: 2-3 days
- Rest of India: 3-7 days

Important Delivery Information
Once items have been shipped, we are unable to redirect orders. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for the package at the shipping address specified during checkout.
Our courier partners are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or General Delivery addresses. For successful delivery, please provide a valid street address.
If the courier is unable to find someone at the specified address, they will attempt delivery two additional times before initiating a Return to Origin (RTO) process.
Delivery Schedule
- Deliveries are made between 10 am and 6 pm, Monday to Saturday. Please note that deliveries are not available on holidays.

Disclaimer: Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for any returned products under the FREE SHIPPING promotion. Solutions can arrange for any products to be picked up from customers, any corresponding return shipment fees will be deducted from the amounts refundable. Customers also have the option to ship products back to Solutions after receiving an authorization using their preferred courier, however, charges must be PREPAID, otherwise returns will not be accepted.
